I got about the best treatment you can possibly receive from the employees at this location !. Enterprise really took care of me in my hour of need. Even delivered the car to me very quickly .They were very efficient-can't say enough good things about them!!!! Highly recommend using Enterprise !!!!!

I've been a loyal customer for years, and rent cars from them regularly. I've had some issues. They have no cars with upgraded sound systems, and often can't even tell you how factory systems compare, making those long-distance drives a nightmare. Sometimes there's a bit much of a wait. Occasionally I get a rude employee, though that's rare. But all-in-all, nothing that doesn't seem to be an industry wide problem.

Enterprise said they'd be happy to help us, but that we needed a credit card on our person when picking up the car. My partner had a debit card, but they required a bunch of documentation to take a debit card, which I have never heard of a single other business doing in my 40 years of life. My partner, obviously, doesn't keep bills and documentation on her, and I have my credit cards with me at home, about a mile from Enterprise. I was due to run a critical business meeting in 15 minutes for the rest of the day so I had no way to get the car myself and pick her up.

The policy wasn't the problem. Their attitude was. They just ignored everything I said and kept repeating "sorry, it's our policy." They had no interest in helping a customer that gives them thousands of dollars a year solve a rather minor practical issue. As a result, we had to pay twice as much to have a cab drive us to and from the mechanic, not to mention our kids missing their after-school activities that just happen to all fall on Wednesdays.

Good job as always Enterprise. A lot of businesses start out with great customer service, but after time they start to go down hill. You strive and are committed to keeping your standards high. That's what keeps me coming back. This last time I rented from you I had to wait a little longer than expected for a car, which I was okay with. Then you made my day when you included a free upgrade car. Thank you Enterprise Team. Keep up the good work.

Customer service of businesses in general have fallen over the recent years, but this is a new low. It is the epitome of the Mom&Pop small business who works to solve their customers' problems being replaced by the faceless corporation who couldn't car less how they screw their customers even when it's financially bad for them. I had the same sinking feeling I have when forced to talk to an automated phone system; complete lack of humanity or ability to understand and help advise solutions to my issues. Unless you think that's a good thing; don't reward these people for it. Don't give them money. Don't put yourself in the same position. Find and use any other rental company. I certainly will.

I always rent from the McMurray site even though it's further for me. They are always quick, accommodating and incredibly pleasant.

I spoke to not just an employee, but a manager, about the practical problem that we had. I could think of a lot of solutions. Take my credit card over the phone. Use the card from my previous 10 rentals. Let me put my card on file when I return the car. Heck, even swing by my house on the way back from picking up my partner to get the credit card (I offered to pay extra for this). Of course, they're the business and the experts, so they should have a good solution on tap.

Today we needed a car for personal use. I recently sold my car, and my partner was at the mechanic with our only other vehicle. They said they needed to keep it until tomorrow so we figured no problem; we'll just get something from Enterprise.

Excellent experience. Tiger helped me out today. They definitely had a chance to gouge me on some blimishes the airport missed but didn't. I would recommend a branch office if you're looking for a more personable experience.
