I am real happy I choose this dealership over Centery III Kia that is near me. The service is very great. My wife and I where test driving a new car and thinking of buying one. I am a retired mechanic and this dealership does not pull any punches.
Over the last 3 years, I have experienced excellent service in all areas on my dealing with the South Hills Kia team! They are courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable about my car. I highly recommend Kia cars and this dealership.
Terrible service! I dropped my car at 11am and returned at 2pm. At this moment I was informed that it would take one hour to get my car done. It was ready and just need some paperwork done for the state inspection. After 2 hours my car is not ready yet. Service manager (Jamie) told me she can't do anything about it. She relies on the guys in the back. If they don't want to do the work she can't do anything. She even said that doesn't help to screen or do anything. I didn't raise my voice at any time. Her comment was completely unprofessional. I like Kia and always had a good experience but it seems that they have wrong management and attitude towards customers at this location. Additionally the driver made a joke when he shuttle me to my work that was offensive. He called Jaime to say thanks for the tour. My work is 10 miles / 20 minutes from Kia. I'm doesn't matter how far it is as this is a service they provide.
I always have a good experience when I have my car serviced @ South Hills Kia! The service department members are very helpful and informative. Everyone at South Hills Kia are very friendly and helpful. I tell everyone I know that I bought my car there.
Happy to be able to my oil changed quickly and to know it is done right. Because had a friend get their oil changed at one of those quick places and they put the wrong oil filter on her car and damaged the engine. So I am always glad to get it done at the KIA shop and rest easy that its right. And they are fast and will even wash your car if you want. They don't do that at the quickly place. And their service department is always nice and helpful. And they sell the package deal on oil changes that are very reasonable.
