Recently moving into the USC area, I set out on a quest for organic, local, GMO-free food, especially prepared food. Side note, to date, the best place I've found is the East-End Co-op.

They mark everything up so extremely high. Conscious consumers can get the same products for way less then the mark ups at Sunnybridge. I guess they think that being in Peters Twp people can afford it. They sell oregano oil supplement for $30+ for 30 each. You can buy the same product online for 90 each for LESS than half that price with free shipping. Just do the research! The cafe prices are $15 for a lunch???? wt ? think about it? You can pack your lunch for an entire week for that price....that's a no-brainier? But if you have all that money to frivolously waste it...go for it.

Great selection. Always helpful!

I used to work here. Its a really great place to eat and get healthy food and healthy groceries. When i worked here i learned SO much about organic health and why it is SO important. I go there and would recommend anyone to shop here

I wish a business that markets itself as healthy, 'natural', organic, would sell more certified organic food, and not carry GM foods.

Note - the selection of vitamins/supplements is nice.

Sunny Bridge has a very limited selection of organic foods, and NONE of their prepared foods are organic. I picked up a Tuna Fish sandwich and out of the 10 ingredients, only the celery was listed as organic. I believe they carry products with known GMO's but since I was so disappointed, I haven't bothered to verify.

When I inquired about their juice smoothies, I was incredulous when told they were NOT organic. How can you make a green drink and not use organic Kale at an 'organic' store?

Awesome selection in their market. It seems like a scaled down version of the East End Food Coop. I had a sandwich from the cafe, which was yummy and huge! Well worth the cost.

NOTE: I went back to Sunny Bridge today 9/26 and am bumping up my review to 3***, as given the area with the Fresh Market, Trader Joe's, etc, this place is the 'best' I've found in the immediate area, as travelling to Pittsburgh East End Food Co Op is a long drive and not practical every day. While they do have items like frozen organic wheat grass, they dont have an organic frozen pizza (even though they have 4-5 different types of Pizza, none of them are Organic).

Its an upgraded convenience store with a few organic items.
